This is an example of procedural training—an elearning program that teaches the “know how” of procedures and processes. This proof-of-concept demonstration is built in Captivate 9 as a responsive project so that it can be viewed on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. There are five interaction examples with instructional design approaches outlined to teach each process.
